1. CoNomad: 24/7 coworking by the sea

CoNomad (formerly known as Co-nomad.life) is the coworking space in Corralejo with the most information and services. It’s on Avenida Juan Carlos I nº 3, next to the Bristol Sunset Beach, and you can get in 24 hours a day with a digital key. The front desk is staffed from 10:00 to 18:00.

CoNomad prices (2026)

Option Day Week Month

Prices are before tax: with IGIC included, the Open Space comes to €16.05 per day, €85.60 per week and €240.75 per month. They also have an hourly rate (€5 an hour) and a second space at Shambhala, in Parque Holandés, quieter and outside town.

2. CoworkingPunto: right in the centre of Corralejo

CoworkingPunto is at Calle Juan Sebastián Elcano 12, in the centre of town, and it’s listed on the official Canary Islands tourism website among the recommended places for remote workers in Fuerteventura.

  • Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00; Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00.
  • Phone: (+34) 828 049 444.
  • Prices: they don’t publish them on their website, so it’s best to get in touch before you go.

Watch out for the split opening hours: if you work with clients in the Americas and need to be online in the late afternoon or evening, CoNomad, with 24-hour access, will suit you better.

3. What happened to the 2021 coworking spaces?

If you found this guide because you read our previous list, we owe you this update. Of the five spaces we recommended in 2021:

  • CoNomad (Co-nomad.life): still open, with a new website and new prices.
  • Baifo Coworking: its website stopped working in 2022 and we couldn’t find any current information; everything suggests it has closed.
  • Co.Space Fuerteventura: we found no sign that it’s still running.
  • Hub Fuerteventura and Cofete Coworking: their websites no longer have any information and we couldn’t confirm they’re still open.

We’d rather not recommend places we can’t verify. If you know of a new coworking space in Corralejo, write to us and we’ll add it.

4. Working remotely in Fuerteventura: the climate

One of the island’s big advantages is that the weather hardly ever forces you to change your plans. According to AEMET, Fuerteventura airport gets less than 100 mm of rain a year, on about 16 days, and more than 2,800 hours of sunshine:

Month Average high (°C) Average low (°C)
January 20.6 14.7
February 21.0 14.8
March 22.2 15.5
April 22.9 16.0
May 24.1 17.1
June 25.8 19.1
July 27.3 20.8
August 27.8 21.5
September 27.5 21.2
October 26.1 19.8
November 24.0 17.7
December 22.0 15.9

Source: AEMET, standard climate values 1981-2010, Fuerteventura Airport.

What you will feel is the wind, especially in summer. It’s not a problem for working, but it’s worth keeping in mind if you’re planning to work from a terrace or the beach.

Did you know…?

Fuerteventura airport gets more than 2,800 hours of sunshine a year and it rains on only about 16 days.

5. Internet and connectivity for work

For us, the connection is the first thing we check before booking accommodation to work from. Our tips:

  • Ask about the wifi speed before booking and, if you can, ask for a screenshot of a speed test.
  • Always have a plan B: an eSIM or a local SIM card with data saves you when the wifi drops or when you’re working away from home.
  • For important video calls, a coworking space is the safest option.

6. Corralejo as a base for digital nomads

Corralejo is the liveliest area in the north of the island. You have supermarkets, restaurants, gyms and the port, where boats leave for Lobos Island and Lanzarote. The Grandes Playas and the dunes are a few minutes away, and in half an hour by car you can reach El Cotillo or Calderón Hondo volcano.

On the other hand, it’s the most touristy town in the north. If you’re looking for more peace and quiet, El Cotillo is a good alternative, and if you prefer the south, in our guide to Gran Tarajal we explain what it’s like to live there for long stays.

To get around the island on your days off, a car is the most practical option: we explain it in renting a car in Fuerteventura.

Frequently asked questions about coworking in Corralejo

Which coworking spaces are there in Corralejo in 2026?

The two we were able to confirm as open in October 2026 are CoNomad (Av. Juan Carlos I nº 3) and CoworkingPunto (C/ Juan Sebastián Elcano 12). Several of the spaces that existed in 2021 are no longer running or have no up-to-date information.

How much does coworking cost in Corralejo?

At CoNomad, a desk in the open space costs €15 per day, €80 per week or €225 per month, plus tax. CoworkingPunto doesn’t publish its rates, so you need to ask them directly.

Can you work remotely from Fuerteventura all year round?

Yes. The climate is mild in every season: according to AEMET, at the island’s airport the average high ranges from about 21 °C in winter to about 28 °C in August, and it rains very little. That’s why many digital nomads choose the island in winter too.

Is Corralejo a good base for digital nomads?

We think so: it has coworking spaces, supermarkets, restaurants, beaches a few minutes away and the port for trips to Lobos or Lanzarote. It’s the busiest area in the north of the island, something to keep in mind if you’re looking for a lot of peace and quiet.

Are there coworking spaces in other parts of Fuerteventura?

Most of what’s on offer is in Corralejo. In the rest of the island, many nomads work from their accommodation; if you’re going to do that, check the internet connection carefully before you book.

Conclusion: working from Corralejo

Fuerteventura is an amazing place to work remotely: a friendly climate all year, beaches minutes away and a pace that encourages you to balance work and life. Today there are fewer coworking options in Corralejo than a few years ago, but CoNomad and CoworkingPunto cover everything you need very well. Check opening hours and prices before you go and set up your routine: after work, the sunset at the beach is waiting for you.
